Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise everyday operation and upkeep of equipment and buildings
• Monitor and review physical plant systems including boiler, refrigeration, and electrical
• Plan and implement projects and monitor contractor quality and safety
• Manage maintenance personnel through hiring, scheduling, performance appraisals, and payroll
• Control inventories, parts ordering, and vendor communication
• Solve technical problems through hands-on interaction with machines
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and Good Manufacturing Practices

Requirements

• GED or High School Diploma
• Minimum of 3 years experience in plant maintenance or equivalent
• Strong analytical and computer skills (Word, Excel)
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Wastewater operations experience
