Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage the maintenance department at the Conway campus
• Hire and train maintenance staff
• Oversee outside contractors and construction/renovation projects
• Perform and oversee skilled and semi-skilled maintenance and repair duties for buildings and equipment
• Ensure proper operation, safety, and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
• Manage infrastructure, carpentry, and interior/exterior finishes

Requirements

• High School diploma
• Trade experience directly related to the area of employment

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to plan and supervise maintenance operations
• Experience instructing staff on the repair of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing equipment
• Experience overseeing large-scale construction and renovation projects
