Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise 5-7 Maintenance Mechanics
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting and repairs of production equipment
• Execute preventative maintenance to ensure machinery uptime
• Identify and replace broken or worn components
• Utilize TIG welding skills for repairs
• Enforce strict safety regulations and maintain a clean workspace
• Collaborate with Level I & II mechanics to achieve shift goals

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of maintenance mechanic supervisory experience
• 10 years of mechanical experience in production/manufacturing
• Expertise in diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues via schematics
• Ammonia Refrigeration certification (REQUIRED)
• Familiarity with cGMP/GMP standards
• CMMS experience
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Valid Massachusetts Driver's License
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in hot/cold environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing environments
• Knowledge of SQF and/or HACCP
• Megamotion knowledge
• 2nd Fireman's, Wastewater, or Journeyman Electrical certifications
• Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese
