Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise troubleshooting and repairs of production equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery
• Identify and replace broken or worn components
• Perform welding using stick, MIG, and TIG methods
• Operate lathes, Bridgeports, and drill presses
• Enforce strict safety regulations and maintain a clean workspace
• Direct Level I & II mechanics to achieve shift goals

Requirements

• 3+ years of maintenance supervisory experience
• Experience in food manufacturing preferred
• Expertise in diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues via schematics
• Familiarity with cGMP/GMP standards
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Valid Massachusetts Driver's License
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
