Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and supervise the daily work of the maintenance team
• Supervise vendor partners and manage capital improvement projects
• Execute quarterly preventative maintenance programs for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Oversee unit turn scheduling and inspect vacant units for move-in readiness
• Maintain building grounds, amenities, and common areas
• Participate in an on-call emergency service rotation

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in apartment maintenance or skilled trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
• Valid Driver's License
• EPA certification
• CPO Certification preferred
