Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and supervise the daily work of the maintenance team
• Manage capital improvement projects, including obtaining bids and overseeing execution
• Execute quarterly preventative maintenance programs for buildings and equipment
• Oversee unit turn scheduling to ensure apartments are move-in ready
• Supervise vendor partners to ensure work meets company standards
• Conduct on-call emergency service rotation as scheduled
• Maintain grounds, amenities, and common areas to ensure curb appeal

Requirements

• High School or GED equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in apartment maintenance or skilled trades (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical)
• Valid Driver's License
• EPA certification
• CPO Certification is highly preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior supervisory or lead technician experience
