Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and supervise the daily work of the maintenance team
• Manage inventory, budgets, and vendor partners
• Oversee capital improvement projects and unit turn scheduling
• Execute quarterly preventative maintenance programs for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Inspect vacant units to ensure they meet quality standards
• Participate in an on-call emergency service rotation

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in apartment maintenance or skilled trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
• Valid Driver's License
• EPA certification
• CPO Certification preferred
