Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and supervise the daily work of the maintenance team
• Manage team budget, inventory, and vendor partners
• Oversee capital improvement projects and obtain bids
• Execute quarterly preventative maintenance programs for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Oversee unit turn scheduling to ensure apartments are move-in ready
• Conduct on-call emergency service rotation
• Ensure grounds and amenities are clean and safe

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in apartment maintenance or skilled trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
• Prior supervisory or lead technician experience preferred
• Valid Driver's License
• EPA certification
• CPO Certification highly preferred
