About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance programs for civil works, finishes, and electromechanical equipment.
- Oversee and respond to maintenance service reports for branches and administrative offices.
- Perform comprehensive reviews of service reports, generators, and supporting documentation to facilitate payment processing.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
- Proven experience in property maintenance and conservation.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in AutoCAD for viewing, printing, and making minor adjustments to plans.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to drive a manual (standard) vehicle.
