Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize mechanical systems and lead reliability and preventive maintenance initiatives
• Provide technical oversight to maintenance technicians to safeguard product quality and safety
• Modify and repair conveyors, ovens, coolers, mixers, and packaging machinery
• Develop and own preventive maintenance (PM) and condition-based monitoring programs
• Lead failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) and root cause investigations for downtime events
• Manage capital projects from scope development through commissioning and validation
• Provide day-to-day engineering support for complex mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
• Mentor technicians and deliver skill-building sessions on precision maintenance and safety protocols
• Monitor KPIs such as downtime, PM compliance, and OEE to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Electromechanical Engineering
• 2 years of professional experience
• Experience in predictive and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment
• Proficiency in troubleshooting complex mechanical, electrical, or control systems
• Experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Ability to lead, coach, and evaluate direct reports
• Experience managing capital improvement or maintenance projects
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma tools
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics
