Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Actively work as a hands-on supervisor performing groundskeeping, inspections, unit punch, and service requests
• Train and mentor maintenance technicians using high-level technical knowledge
• Communicate regularly with the office team regarding new leases and upcoming needs
• Manage and adhere to preventative maintenance schedules and tasks
• Assess repair scenarios and perform fixes before considering replacements
• Maintain professionalism with vendors, residents, and team members
• Keep a well-stocked and organized maintenance shop and manage purchase orders
• Participate in on-call rotations and respond to snow and ice removal needs

Requirements

• High level of technical maintenance knowledge
• Ability to lead and mentor a team
• Ability to participate in on-call rotations
• Professionalism in resident and vendor interactions
