Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage the work of the maintenance mechanics team and coordinate daily operational activities
• Responsible for the strategy and implementation of preventive maintenance (TPM/PM)
• Supervise repairs, diagnose failure causes, and implement permanent solutions
• Optimize machinery maintenance costs and OEE indicators
• Manage the department budget and spare parts inventory
• Initiate and lead continuous improvement projects to increase production efficiency and reliability

Requirements

• Technical secondary or higher education (mechanics, electrical, automation, or related preferred)
• 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role in a production environment
• Experience in the food packaging industry is an advantage
• Ability to read technical drawings, diagrams, and operating manuals
• Proficiency with hand and power tools for maintenance and repair
• Readiness to work in shifts (after ramp-up)
• Moderate proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• SEP electrical qualifications
• Valid sanitary-epidemiological certificate
