Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Guarantee, coordinate, assign, and supervise all construction, repair, installation, and maintenance tasks.
• Manage the work team by providing guidance and applying maintenance best practices.
• Ensure all assigned requirements are addressed in a timely and efficient manner, including electrical, hydro-sanitary, carpentry, glazing, finishes, furniture, gardening, and exterior maintenance.
• Manage the inventory of supplies, tools, spare parts, and other necessary materials.

Requirements

• Technical degree in Maintenance or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in both preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Comprehensive knowledge of mechanics, electricity, carpentry, plumbing, painting, gardening, and general services.
