Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and coordinate daily activities of maintenance team members across mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation functions
• Ensure production and facility maintenance issues are addressed promptly to minimize downtime
• Oversee systems for tracking work orders, preventive maintenance, and spare parts using CMMS
• Manage inventories of tools, parts, and supplies, including ordering and bidding processes
• Supervise and monitor outside contractors to ensure work meets safety and quality standards
• Support hiring, training, coaching, and development of maintenance employees
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards, OSHA, EPA, and Hazard Communication requirements
• Maintain facility documentation including technical drawings and utility maps

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of progressive maintenance leadership or supervisory experience
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and utility systems
• Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and P&IDs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Capability to support root cause analysis and equipment troubleshooting
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a production floor environment
