Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage, implement, and delegate maintenance work order assignments
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on fabrication equipment including air tables, serging machines, and forklifts
• Inspect, maintain, and repair compressed air systems and pneumatic components
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
• Conduct regular inspections and safety checks for forklifts
• Maintain cut tables and air table systems
• Identify and maintain an inventory of critical spare parts
• Read and interpret schematics, assembly drawings, and equipment manuals
• Support facility improvement projects and implement 5S and safety initiatives
• Supervise, mentor, and grow the maintenance technician position

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience with pneumatic and compressed air systems
• Strong mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting equipment
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and collaborative skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing or fabrication
• Industrial millwright or electrician license
