Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise Maintenance Technicians to support daily site operations and production schedules
• Manage and assign work orders, ensuring timely completion and optimal technician skill utilization
• Develop, implement, and continuously evaluate preventative maintenance schedules for equipment
• Maintain communication with MRO to manage maintenance parts and equipment inventory levels
• Compile and review maintenance reports, including downtime, work orders, and PM schedules
• Lead weekly safety meetings and ensure strict compliance with company safety and quality (GMP) policies
• Develop skill-building plans and standard operating procedures for the maintenance department

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven knowledge of utilities, facilities, and production equipment
• Proficiency with PCs and computer-based information systems
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with CMMS and work order management systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical experience
• Knowledge of automatic controls
• Experience in project management, planning, scheduling, and budgeting
