Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign daily repair and maintenance jobs for the fleet
• Coordinate work with the Lead Mechanic and Director of Operations
• Review DVIR reports and red-tagged equipment to ensure safety and compliance
• Manage parts inventory, including receiving shipments and maintaining database accuracy
• Process repair orders and enter handwritten data into company computer systems
• Maintain vehicle registrations, titles, and insurance documentation
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing inspections, managing fuel cards, and resolving invoice discrepancies
• Coordinate preventative maintenance appointments and scheduled fleet services

Requirements

• Experience in fleet maintenance, transportation, logistics, or trucking operations
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in data entry and basic computer applications
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience within the transportation industry
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance systems and repair documentation
• Experience with DMV transactions and vehicle compliance records

Benefits

• Annual salary of $48,000 – $52,000
• Stable Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
