Responsibilities
- Ensure the availability, reliability, and safety of equipment and facilities
- Ensure equipment operates efficiently and continuously to meet production or service requirements
Requirements
- Engineering degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Industrial, or Industrial Maintenance, or TSU with 5+ years of experience
- 2 to 4 years of experience supervising maintenance teams
- Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial equipment
- Knowledge in fault diagnosis and troubleshooting
- Knowledge in industrial electricity, mechanics, and hydraulics
- Experience in the manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement
- Proficiency in CMMS systems for maintenance management
- Experience with SAP PM, MP9, Infor EAM, Fracttal, or similar tools
- Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP or Oracle
