Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance technicians during the third shift, prioritizing calls to ensure optimum production efficiency.
• Manage equipment and facility repairs, including electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and tooling systems.
• Execute and support regular preventive maintenance (PM) schedules and coordinate 5S responsibilities.
• Drive continuous improvement activities and initiate problem-solving sheets to identify root causes for technical downtime.
• Track individual time and ensure work orders are created and closed timely within the maintenance database.
• Identify training gaps and execute maintenance training plans to support team development.
• Support all safety initiatives and hold the team accountable to safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, maintenance, or production support roles.
• Strong knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and planned/unplanned maintenance processes.
• Ability to interpret technical designs and production planning documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make independent decisions under minimal supervision.
