Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance technicians during the 3rd shift to ensure production equipment runs at optimum efficiency.
• Monitor maintenance calls and prioritize tasks involving electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and tooling repairs.
• Support all safety initiatives and hold the team accountable to safety standards.
• Manage regular preventive maintenance (PM) schedules for the facility and equipment.
• Track individual time and ensure work orders are created and closed timely within the maintenance database.
• Coordinate maintenance 5S responsibilities and drive continuous improvement activities.
• Initiate problem-solving sheets for technical downtime to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Identify training gaps and execute maintenance training plans for team development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, maintenance, or production support roles.
• Strong knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and planned/unplanned maintenance processes.
• Ability to interpret technical designs and production planning documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make independent decisions under minimal supervision.
