Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee preventative maintenance and corrective repairs on mechanical, control, and infrastructure systems
• Support general facility maintenance needs and prioritize service requests
• Develop and implement PM/TPM activities for production and facilities equipment
• Manage the spares system and identify critical spares inventory
• Drive maintenance and reliability initiatives focused on preventive and predictive maintenance
• Set and maintain departmental goals and KPIs, monitoring line efficiencies and labor costs
• Partner cross-functionally to establish maintenance procedures for production lines
• Provide training and continuous development to direct and indirect reports

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in industrial or facility maintenance
• Strong technical expertise in HVAC systems, mechanical repairs, and infrastructure operations
• Experience with preventive maintenance development and spare inventory management
• Familiarity with electrical and hydraulics/pneumatics troubleshooting using prints
• PLC troubleshooting or programming experience with Allen Bradley or Siemens
• Ability to work 2nd shift (3:30pm-12am) including weekday and weekend overtime

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate Degree, technical certification, or completion of a trade school program
