Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on packaging lines in accordance with Safety, Environment, and Quality policies.
• Ensure equipment reliability and availability during production by overseeing preventive maintenance, corrective actions, and condition monitoring.
• Detect and correct potential future failures to minimize downtime.
• Participate in production and maintenance department meetings to review indicators, objectives, and departmental guidelines.
• Review and update maintenance procedures, safety protocols (IPERC), and environmental impact matrices.
• Foster continuous improvement initiatives and promote a positive, efficient, and professional work environment for the team.

Requirements

• University degree in Mechanical-Electrical, Electronic, Electromechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience executing maintenance processes.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SAP and data visualization tools for monitoring indicators.
• Strong skills in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and theoretical/practical failure analysis.
• Knowledge of Maintenance Management, production processes, and Quality Systems.
