Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems
• Analyze and resolve technical malfunctions to ensure smooth operations
• Plan and implement maintenance strategies to reduce downtime
• Document all maintenance activities using SAP
• Collaborate closely with Operations and site management
• Ensure compliance with all EH&S and legal regulations
• Manage spare parts, control budgets, and contribute to site upgrade projects

Requirements

• Completed technical training (e.g., Electronics, Mechatronics, or similar)
• Further qualification as a Technician or Master Craftsman
• At least 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance
• Knowledge of electrical engineering, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Proficiency in SAP and a highly independent working style
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% within Germany
• Fluent German and good English language skills
