Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the daily activities of the maintenance team
• Plan, prioritize, schedule, and assign maintenance work orders
• Coach, mentor, and develop maintenance employees to build a high-performing team
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and equipment issues
• Ensure preventive and predictive maintenance programs are executed effectively
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels for spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies
• Utilize the INFOR EAM system to manage work orders, PM schedules, and asset documentation
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company policies, OSHA, NFPA, and plant safety standards
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and leadership teams

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in an industrial or mechanically related environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of industrial maintenance systems
• Experience with electrical systems, PLCs, instrumentation, and industrial controls
• Familiarity with CMMS/EAM systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical degree or related maintenance certification
• Experience in manufacturing, agriculture, food production, or soybean processing
