About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee general building maintenance at Sendero Sur
- Supervise masonry, painting, and drywall installation tasks
- Manage electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic maintenance activities
- Direct and manage maintenance personnel
- Ensure all work follows established safety protocols
- Manage the proper use and maintenance of work tools
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in maintenance or a supervisory role
- Proven knowledge in electricity, mechanics, and hydraulics
- Experience with masonry, painting, and drywall installation
- Ability to work at heights without restrictions
- Experience in personnel management and safety protocol implementation
- Proficiency in using various maintenance tools
