About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage general building maintenance operations at Sendero Mexicali
- Supervise masonry, painting, and drywall installation tasks
- Manage electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic maintenance requirements
- Ensure all work is performed following strict safety protocols
- Manage and lead maintenance personnel to ensure efficient task completion
- Utilize and maintain various professional work tools and equipment
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in building maintenance or a similar supervisory role
- Proven skills in masonry, painting, and drywall installation
- Technical knowledge of electricity, mechanics, and hydraulics
- Ability to work at heights without restrictions
- Experience in personnel management and team leadership
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and workplace regulations
