Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day maintenance operations to ensure safety and functionality
• Lead, coach, and support the maintenance team through task allocation and performance monitoring
• Conduct maintenance requirements and follow up on logged jobs via HubOs
• Manage talent development within the maintenance team
• Liaise with external contractors and service providers regarding budget and timelines
• Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental, and fire safety regulations

Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel, commercial, or facilities maintenance
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Sound knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Full working rights in Australia
