Maintenance Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance operations for Air Separation and Liquid Hydrogen production facilities
• Manage CMMS processes, maintenance backlog, and work execution workflow
• Optimize maintenance and reliability programs through preventive and predictive maintenance
• Direct planned and unplanned shutdowns in coordination with operations and engineering teams
• Provide technical troubleshooting and lead root cause failure analyses (RCA)
• Manage maintenance budgets, contractor performance, and spare parts inventory
• Support field operations including equipment inspections and working at heights

Requirements

• Associate degree in Engineering with 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, or 10+ years of progressive experience
• 3+ years of supervisory experience leading maintenance personnel
• Strong knowledge of rotating and fixed equipment (compressors, pumps, cooling towers, etc.)
• Experience with preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance programs
• Proficiency with CMMS platforms (Infor EAM, ProCal, or similar)
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and respond to off-hours needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Engineering Technology
• Experience in chemical, air separation, or similar industrial manufacturing industries
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Proficiency with MS Project or Primavera
