Maintenance Storeroom Clerk

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory control and catalog maintenance to ensure data integrity within the CMMS
• Execute regular inventory cycle counting programs and investigate discrepancies
• Perform daily receiving, labeling, and processing of parts, returns, and transfers
• Respond to maintenance purchasing requests and coordinate supplier quotes
• Manage and reconcile monthly purchasing card (P-Card) spending
• Research and negotiate with vendors to optimize maintenance spend and quality
• Collaborate with maintenance planners to anticipate needs for planned maintenance
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized parts room and satellite storage areas
• Adhere to all safety protocols, including the use of required PPE

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in CMMS systems (e.g., MVPOne, SAP, or Maximo)
• Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Excel
• Ability to read and interpret standard machine drawings
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance inventory, purchasing, or warehouse roles
