About the role
Responsibilities
- Analyze failure causes and implement solutions to prevent recurrence
- Develop diagnostic methods and identify appropriate preventive actions
- Develop and implement prevention plans
- Standardize spare parts and optimize spare part stock levels
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for machines and equipment
Requirements
- Technical secondary education
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a production or technical department
- Strong knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electricity
- Ability to read technical drawings and manage technical documentation
- Fluency in Polish and communicative English skills
