Maintenance Specialist - Utilities & Facilities

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, and supervise maintenance activities for industrial services, building infrastructure, and plant cleaning.
• Ensure the availability and reliability of equipment and services, including steam, electricity, compressed air, and HVAC systems.
• Implement and follow safety and environmental procedures to ensure compliance with corporate standards (PSM, Redbook, Machinery Safety).
• Manage short-term monthly maintenance planning and efficiently execute tasks within assigned windows.
• Support technical teams by assigning tasks to mechanics and electricians and monitoring execution quality.
• Manage maintenance work orders (OT) and resources, including requesting quotes and generating PRs.
• Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, perform root cause analysis (EWO), and implement continuous improvement actions.
• Monitor spare parts availability and manage maintenance spending to optimize resources.

Requirements

• University degree in Industrial, Electromechanical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Over 1 year of experience in maintenance planning or similar roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and intermediate Excel skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of SAP PM/MM modules.
• Intermediate English language skills.
