Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth hotel operations and guest experiences through effective maintenance
• Lead maintenance assistants and perform hands-on repair tasks
• Maintain the hotel in optimal condition through regular upkeep
• Adhere to safety and health standards during all maintenance activities
• Support the maintenance team in achieving high service standards

Requirements

• Experience in a similar maintenance position is an advantage
• Proficiency in German
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Hands-on mentality and proactive approach
• Ability to use digital tools and learn new systems
• Reliable and effective communication skills
