Maintenance Specialist (Mechatronics)

Responsibilities

• Maintain the technical condition of CNC machines
• Perform preventive maintenance and regular inspections of CNC equipment
• Analyze causes of failures and malfunctions, implementing corrective and repair actions
• Collaborate closely with production departments
• Manage a machine park including 5-axis lathes, 5-axis milling machines, and automation/loading manipulators

Requirements

• Experience in CNC machine service or maintenance
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and diagrams
• Practical knowledge of mechanics, electronics, and electrical systems
• Basic understanding of automation, robotics, and machine control

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of PLC controllers
• Experience with pneumatics and hydraulics
• SEP E1 up to 1kV certification
