Maintenance Specialist - Machine Tools

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and improve a wide range of machine tools and production equipment, including manual and CNC machines
• Prevent equipment problems through proactive maintenance to ensure safety and reliability
• Perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic troubleshooting
• Use PLC and controls systems knowledge to solve complex technical problems
• Provide expert guidance, training, and support to customers and teammates
• Utilize digital tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date service reports

Requirements

• 8+ years of machine tool or industrial maintenance experience
• Proficiency with manual and CNC machines, such as lathes, mills, grinders, and saws
• Advanced troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic systems
• Experience with PLC and controls systems, including reading and editing ladder logic (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley)
• US citizenship is required due to customer requirements
• Ability to relocate to the Portsmouth, NH area (relocation assistance provided)
