Maintenance Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide predictive and preventative maintenance for the CATACEL SSR mechanical process line and associated equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and PLC issues to minimize downtime
• Maintain maintenance shop supplies and critical spare parts inventory
• Perform repairs on machines and production equipment in accordance with EHS and legislative standards
• Execute and update Lock-Out-Tag-Out (LOTO) procedures and write Work Permits for High Hazard and Hot Work
• Inspect, dismantle, and repair machinery, including realigning pumps, motors, and drive couplings
• Locate and repair damaged air and hydraulic pipes
• Support production teams during machine startups and testing following repairs

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, PLC, and ladder logic
• Strong knowledge of instrumentation and mechanical diagnostics
• Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, electrical schematics, and ladder logic
• Experience using hand-held tools, machinery, and maintenance software
• Strong problem-solving skills and manual dexterity
