Maintenance Specialist

Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance for equipment and systems to ensure production compliance.
• Maintain equipment availability and reliability to ensure repeatable results.
• Oversee planned maintenance activities performed by internal or external personnel.
• Perform complex maintenance tasks that exceed the scope of subordinates.
• Analyze process failures and generate improvement proposals for installed equipment.
• Request spare parts or external services from the Planner to complete work orders.
• Ensure all activities are conducted in a safe environment and follow aseptic/clean area protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering or related fields.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.
• Ability to interpret and review electronic diagrams, electrical components, and wiring.
• Proficiency with electronic measurement tools including multimeters, oscilloscopes, impulse generators, and analog signal calibrators.
• Experience with electronic repairs using soldering irons and various measurement devices.
• Availability to work flexible schedules.
