About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate district heating plant controls in the Lucerne area
- Coordinate external specialists and ensure reliable, timely execution of work
- Analyze operational data, perform inspections, and carry out maintenance according to the maintenance plan
- Independently troubleshoot plant malfunctions and undertake on-call services
- Actively participate in renewal projects, revisions, and optimizations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
Requirements
- Completed EFZ vocational training in heating or building technology
- Ideally experience in the maintenance of production or industrial plants
- Independent, solution-oriented, and responsible way of working
- Very good German language skills
- Proficiency with common IT tools
- Driver's license Category B/BE
