Maintenance Shift Technician

Responsibilities

• Build daily schedule prioritization based on production needs and the maintenance calendar
• Support pillar achievement of KPIs and targets
• Encourage WCM activities, including Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Autonomous Maintenance (AM), within daily teams
• Support the execution of Key Activity Indicators (KAIs)
• Provide training on AM and maintenance routines to production team members
• Solve technical and machine-related non-routine problems
• Maintain machines according to AM/PM standards to ensure productivity and quality

Requirements

• 3+ years of maintenance experience with a Diploma in Engineering, or 5-7 years of experience with a High School technical education
• Advanced knowledge of WCM (World Class Manufacturing)
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical equipment within a manufacturing environment
• Experience developing preventive and predictive maintenance programs and repair procedures
• Ability to lead, guide others, and manage maintenance problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of production processes and quality parameters
