Maintenance Shift Engineer

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities for mechanical, electrical, electronic, and instrumentation production equipment.
• Optimize maintenance management to ensure maximum availability and reliability of assets to meet operational goals.
• Execute daily work plans and perform electrical maintenance tasks within the plant.
• Manage material requests for maintenance activities and equipment assembly.
• Participate in root cause analysis for equipment failures.
• Comply with all company regulations, instructions, and Integrated Management System procedures.
• Attend mandatory training, inductions, and re-training sessions.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• At least two (2) years of experience in preventive and corrective maintenance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within the industrial sector.
