Maintenance Service Manager (Low Current)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain close relationships with design offices and facility managers to generate new business opportunities.
• Analyze client needs and manage the estimation and bidding process for tenders and consultations.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure long-term client loyalty and relationship management.
• Supervise the execution of technical works, including preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Coordinate activities between site managers, team leaders, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Manage site teams, monitor project schedules, and ensure the professional growth of employees.
• Guarantee strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards on all job sites.
• Perform financial reporting and activity monitoring for assigned projects.

Requirements

• Degree in electrotechnics or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar management role.
• Mastery of technical rules and standards related to Low Current (CFA) installations.
• Strong knowledge of various construction trades and site operations.
• Proven ability in financial management and activity reporting.
• Skilled in technical dossier analysis and proposing technical or financial modifications.
