Maintenance Service Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with an existing portfolio of residential (B2C) and business (B2B) EV charging customers to maximize long-term value.
• Drive recurring revenue growth by converting installed customers into maintenance agreements, service contracts, and software subscriptions.
• Identify and pursue upselling opportunities, including charger upgrades, expanded capacity, and smart charging features.
• Promote customer retention and loyalty by ensuring a high-quality experience throughout the installation lifecycle.
• Collaborate with service, technical, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of contracted services.
• Monitor customer usage patterns and service needs to proactively identify opportunities for contract renewals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in account management, after-sales sales, or customer success roles.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Experience in after-sales or service sales within the automotive or technical service sectors is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with subscription-based business models and recurring revenue generation.
• Strong commercial awareness regarding pricing, contract renewals, and customer profitability.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and customer portfolio management tools.
