About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain strong collaborative relationships with existing customers
- Manage the elevator unit portfolio and develop new customers in buildings and apartments through site visits
- Manage and maintain client networks and develop sales for build-on repairs and remodeling through bidding
- Develop individual sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and profitability
- Utilize Otis sales tools to establish and execute plans for meeting sales goals
- Manage sales orders, margins, revenue, and accounts receivable
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Major in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Elevator) or Business/Commerce
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, positive mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
- Previous experience or internships in the elevator industry or related sectors
- Prior experience in maintenance sales
