Maintenance & Safety Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor infrastructure improvement, renovation, and modernization projects
• Prepare detailed project plans including scope, deadlines, resources, budgets, and deliverables
• Liaise with internal departments, external service providers, and local authorities
• Organize and lead project meetings, write reports, and ensure action implementation
• Ensure all work complies with current safety, sustainability, and accessibility standards
• Manage administrative tasks and invoice tracking using Dynamics
• Contribute to the optimization of operational processes and campus hospitality standards
• Participate in internal and external safety audits related to security, fire, and hygiene
• Monitor mandatory regulatory checks for fire extinguishers, alarms, lifts, and technical equipment

Requirements

• Technical training (CFC, ES) or significant professional experience in a similar role
• Proven experience in technical or operational project management
• Strong knowledge of technical building systems including HVAC, electricity, and fire safety
• Proficiency in digital tools; experience with Dynamics is considered an asset
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Service-oriented mindset with a focus on user experience and hospitality
• Strong professional communication skills
