Maintenance Reliability Operations Technician

Responsibilities

• Lead the predictive maintenance strategy focusing on lubrication and vibration analysis to ensure the availability of critical equipment such as kilns and mills.
• Detect equipment failures early through condition-based maintenance, including oil analysis and vibration monitoring.
• Standardize and optimize lubrication programs, including the selection of greases and oils and the establishment of technical procedures.
• Manage technical data for operating conditions to ensure proper lubricant selection and maintain updated technical data sheets.
• Oversee lubricant and filter inventory, including setting maximum and minimum stock levels and coordinating with supply departments.
• Plan maintenance activities for kiln shutdowns and manage field operational teams.
• Monitor and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as equipment availability, MTBF, and preventive maintenance compliance.
• Balance operational costs with equipment reliability.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in predictive maintenance and industrial lubrication (greases and oils).
• Expertise in vibration analysis (Levels 1, 2, or 3).
• Experience working in heavy industries such as cement, mining, metallurgy, energy, or heavy manufacturing.
