Maintenance & Reliability Manager

Responsibilities

• Execute global asset management strategies to ensure optimal performance of production facilities
• Lead a maintenance department of 5 professionals, focusing 70% of time on reliability improvements and 30% on team management
• Implement and manage maintenance and reliability strategies, including Preventative (PM) and Predictive (PdM) techniques
• Resolve complex technical issues using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Failure Mode & Effect Analysis (FMEA)
• Develop and manage the departmental budget and oversee external partners and contractors
• Drive continuous improvement in asset availability through KPIs and process optimization
• Serve as the site expert for SAP PM and TMM
• Foster a culture of safety, ownership, and regulatory compliance within a 24/7 manufacturing environment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field
• At least 10 years of experience in manufacturing or production in a maintenance or technical support role
• Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in the chemical industry
• Proven track record in reliability improvement
• Proficiency with SAP maintenance software
