About the role
Responsibilities
- Implement reliability action plans in response to maintenance contract requirements
- Produce progress summaries and manage associated dashboards and KPIs
- Participate in the preparation, planning, and monitoring of the Failure Reliability Board (FRB) ritual
- Ensure Quality, Cost, and Delay (QCD) compliance for the testability development process
- Align rolling stock development roadmaps for testing, maintenance, and exploitability needs
- Drive testability performance measurement according to agreed criteria
Requirements
- Engineering degree or Master's level with specialization in systems or industrial maintenance
- 10 years of confirmed experience in the railway sector, specifically in series production and rolling stock compliance management
- Proficiency in technical and project tracking tools (Dashboards & KPIs)
- Knowledge of railway products and systems (electronics and networks)
- Experience in maintenance engineering and FMDST (Reliability, Maintainability, Availability, Safety, Testability)
