Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned turnover service requests from end-to-end, including creating scopes of work and securing owner approval
  • Coordinate routine repairs with vendors and ensure all stakeholders are updated on project timelines
  • Provide exceptional customer service by attending to service requests and vendor calls within SLA guidelines
  • Manage electronic record keeping for repairs, maintenance, and vendor communications
  • Coordinate inter-departmentally to receive necessary approvals for turnover service requests

Requirements

  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Strong customer service, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to meet timelines and adjust expectations preemptively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Google Applications, Microsoft Office, and Slack preferred
  • Previous property management, vendor management, or utility management experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
