Maintenance Programmer/Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the workshop team, including organizing professional training and promoting continuous development.
• Manage, update, and maintain machine data sheets, operating instructions, and overhaul reports.
• Optimize maintenance processes to reduce operational costs.
• Organize and oversee technical personnel to ensure site reliability and operational continuity.
• Ensure the timely and correct completion of all maintenance and repair interventions.
• Provide second-level technical support for resolving site maintenance issues.
• Coordinate emergency maintenance activities and unplanned high-priority repairs.
• Manage communication between production, maintenance, and engineering departments, as well as external suppliers.
• Plan, supervise, and verify maintenance activities performed by external vendors.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, health, environmental, and quality regulations.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar maintenance supervisory role.
• Professional training as a mechanical technician or a similar technical qualification.
• Hands-on experience in repairing rotating equipment, including volumetric and centrifugal pumps, fans, and mechanical seals.
• Proficiency in SAP PM.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings, files, and manuals.
• Excellent problem-solving, team management, and team-building skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
