Responsibilities

For Plumber roles:

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance including painting, welding, door repairs, aluminum, and sanding.
• Maintain tools and equipment in optimal condition.
• Manage service orders and logs.
• Utilize knowledge of compressors, boilers, and pumps.

For Electrical Technician roles:

• Interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams.
• Perform medium and low voltage electrical installations.
• Operate instruments such as multimeters, pressure switches, solenoid valves, sensors, frequency drives, and thermal cameras.
• Maintain logs for equipment routines and daily inspections.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on assigned electrical machinery.

Requirements

• Technical degree in a related field
• Minimum of four years of experience in a similar role
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of safety standards
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
