Maintenance Professional

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of company facilities and ensure adherence to company standards
• Estimate labor and material costs for construction repairs and facility planning
• Act as a liaison with outside vendors, suppliers, and specialized contractors
• Develop facilities plans and research improvements for operational and environmental efficiency
• Perform general maintenance and repair duties, including light carpentry, basic electrical, HVAC, and grounds maintenance
• Supervise support-level employees and set day-to-day operational objectives for the team
• Assist employees with internal moves and the arrangement of furniture and partitions

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (four-year college degree strongly preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of functional experience
• At least 3 years of specific maintenance experience
• At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience
• Working knowledge of carpentry, electrical, and HVAC systems
